Process :

• Sign sheets Brushing

• Cutting sign blanks

• Printing the pattern as customized on the film

• Paste the film on Please check with us if we have the pattern you  want.If not ,we could open mould accordingly)

• Punching holes and radius corner ,fit the sign blanks into the  stands

Sign sheet material :Aluminum or Galvanized steel

• Aluminum will not rust,  but it is very lightweight and must be reinforced with metal braces along the  back. It is the most expensive blank option.

• Steel is a more  economical alternative to aluminum; it is also more sturdy and does not need  reinforcement. Rusting can be prevented by applying a coat of zinc to the steel blank.
  

Full range of traffic control messages available and could be single or double sided  to come pr-assembled ready for use.
 Swing stands are supplied with 50 mm clearance at bottom
 Internal boards are with Class1 or Diamond reflective white / yellow/ orange  3M or Avery film with customized pattern.
